By accessing, registering, or using the phil63 platform (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. • Single Account: You may hold only one phil63 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Personal Use: Your phil63 account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service on behalf of any third party or for any business purpose.

To access the full features of phil63, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify phil63 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one phil63 account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and winnings.

Account Verification: phil63 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Deposits: phil63 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other approved payment methods. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are typically credited to your phil63 balance within 30 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified. phil63 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically range from 1 to 48 hours.
• phil63 reserves the right to charge a processing fee for withdrawals below ₱1,000 or for excessive withdrawal requests within a short period.
• All bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): phil63 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that raises suspicion. Suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

phil63 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement). This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.

Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like baccarat and roulette may contribute 10% to 20%. Live dealer games may have reduced contribution rates. Check the specific promotion terms for details.

Bonus Abuse: phil63 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Using betting patterns or strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Any other activity that phil63 deems, in its sole discretion, to be an abuse of promotional offers.

Bonus Expiration: All bonuses have an expiration period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration.

All games on phil63 are provided by certified third-party game providers and are subject to the rules and terms set by those providers. phil63 does not control game outcomes. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer equipment to ensure fair and random results.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. phil63 will investigate any reported malfunction and, if confirmed, will refund affected bets to the player's account balance.

Disconnections: If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any active bets will be resolved according to the game provider's rules. In most cases, the game round will complete automatically, and results will be credited to your account upon reconnection.

Bet Limits: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits. phil63 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice. Players who consistently place bets that phil63 deems, in its sole discretion, to be irregular or suspicious may have their accounts restricted or suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phil63 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games or poker.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or play games.
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any vulnerabilities in the phil63 platform or games.
• Money Laundering: Using phil63 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing phil63 staff or other players through chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access or use your phil63 account.

phil63 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents.
• Prolonged account inactivity (typically 12 months or more).
• At your request (self-exclusion or voluntary account closure).

Effect of Suspension: If your account is suspended, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals until the suspension is lifted. phil63 will investigate the reason for suspension and notify you of the outcome.

Effect of Termination: If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, any remaining balance, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited. If your account is terminated at your request or due to inactivity, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to you, subject to verification.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to self-exclude from phil63 for responsible gaming reasons, please visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent closure.

All content on the phil63 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of phil63 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phil63 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from phil63 without prior written permission.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game content.
• Use the phil63 name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the phil63 platform on another website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, phil63 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the phil63 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Service interruptions or technical malfunctions.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results or account balances.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain login credential security.

phil63's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your phil63 account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

No Warranty: The phil63 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. phil63 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

If you have a complaint or dispute with phil63, please contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Escalation Process: If your issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team by emailing [email protected]. Please provide a detailed description of the issue, along with any supporting documentation.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

PAGCOR Oversight: phil63 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). If you believe phil63 has violated any PAGCOR regulations, you may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR.

phil63 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the phil63 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the phil63 platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
